Therapy
The Bioenergetics
Therapy counts on several specific
exercises, which are chosen depending
on the body segments to be worked
on, such as eyes, mouth and scapular
waist, chest, diaphragm, pelvis,
legs and feet. The exercises help
us to free our repressed or trapped
energy through crying, laughing,
catharsis, as well as through
spontaneous body vibration. These
experiences release our body tensions,
make us more aware of our own
lives and help us to make the
changes we want to. Thus, one
can become more authentic, more
spontaneous, and more conscious
as well. |

Working
with people for a better
world.
There’s
much more in life!!!
Look deep into your life,
your relationships, friends,
children, sex, lovers
and, honestly, ask yourself:
is it fulfilling? Is it
all? If you keep things
on the way they are now
for more twenty or thirty
years, will you be able
to look back and say “I
have lived intensively
and wildly”? Read

Weekend
Groups
A
weekend group is a dynamic
and systematic group
work in which the participants
are invited to dive
into a space where they
can learn about their
limits and patterns
so as to go beyond them.
In
these groups you can
deepen your therapeutic
and inner search process,
will make friends and
face situations which
will bring awareness
about yourself, your
behaviour, who you are,
and also about patterns
that influence your
life. In a safe environment,
where a team of therapists
will be taking care
of you, you can get
in contact with your
deepest emotions.
Weekend
groups have several
approaches, like inner-search
groups, primal work,
Bioenergetics groups...
