9 days Bioenergetics Training

We are happy to let you know that once more we’re bringing the Bioenergetics Intensive Training from Namaste to Europe. Here in Brazil we have been training Bioenergetics facilitators for ten years, in Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro and Para, and we have done the 9-days Training also in Holland. This time, as a request from friends and group participants, we are going to hold the 9-days Intensive Training in Sweden.
The 9-days Bioenergetics Training is both a personal self-discovery journey and a chance to learn this powerful therapeutic technique. As it is the only way with self-awareness methods, we can only be able to use it to help others when we have gone through the experience, feeling how it goes and the possibilities it opens for us.
Bioenergetics is based on coming back to the ultimate truth that resides in our bodies. We carry within us all the sorrows and joys we can possibly experience in life. Learning to repress our feelings, we end up disconnecting from our natural wisdom, the clarity our hearts have to guide us along in life. Bioenergetics brings us in contact with our feelings through connecting with our bodies, building the bridge to that space of health and insight that can be found in every open heart.
The Training is happening along 9 days in which the participants will experience the Bioenergetics exercises, learning the technique and its effects. You will also learn notions of body-reading according to the Bioenergetics system of seven segments, and practice that in the sessions. Another important part of the Training is exploring the basic emotions and how they function in our bodies and lives, as well as the results of repressing these emotions.
In general the participants are the live-examples for learning the beautiful dynamics of connecting, expressing, understanding and relating to the body and feelings, which is the Bioenergetics process.
The Training will have an open weekend during its course, where more participants will join, creating a possibility for bigger group dynamics than with the smaller group of trainees. The weekend will be a complete Bioenergetics workshop by itself.
At the end of the Training you will be capable of practicing the Bioenergetics exercises by yourself, and if you already work with people, you might feel inspired to include some of the exercises in your practice. For people without previous experience, we advise further practice before you start using what you learn in the Training with others.
This Training is a journey of awareness, love and a lot of fun, which pours out of the innocent heart feeling free again.

The 9-days Training will happen with a minimum of 9 and maximum of 20 participants. For that reason we ask you to confirm your booking until the first of August.
